Mar 8, 2012 - I officially am an environmentalist!
People have got different milestones in their lives. I have got quite a few! Just to name a few, being a part-time English teacher (self-confidence), took up a multi-skilled role instead of just a team-leader (travel knowledge), making a web-site, then took up a regional role (expanded exposure) etc. My most recent milestone of my life would be taking this geotourism course. I made a lot of new friends including a few who have been contributing a lot to Hong Kong and us but subtly and never come forward to claim any credits. I admire their determination and vision. They spend time on helping ignorant idiots like me to understand what we can do to help our environment and nature friends but never asking for rewards or recognition. They just want to make things right. Of course, I am sure there are out there still a lot of people who have their own personal agenda. However, if we want to world to change, we have to start from ourselves, I have to start from myself. So I announce today that I am officially an environmentalist!
