Die Hard 4.0

When someone hacks into the computers at the FBI's Cyber Crime Division; the Director decides to round up all the hackers who could have done this. When he's told that because it's the 4th of July most of their agents are not around so they might have trouble getting people to get the hackers. So he instructs them to get local PD'S to take care of it. And one of the cops they ask is John McClane who is tasked with bringing a hacker named Farrell to the FBI. But as soon as he gets there someone starts shooting at them. McClane manages to get them out but they're still being pursued. And it's just when McClane arrives in Washington that the whole system breaks down and chaos ensues.

Die Hard 4.0 trailer

I'm gettin' too old to jump out of cars.

Die Hard is always a man's movie, I think.  I have only watched Die Hard 1-3 on TV and they have been the same.  Not interested.

Alan is of course a fan and he was so keen to see 4.0 so I said, what the hell, let's go.

To my surprise, I like this one.  I guess if it's just Bruce Willis, it will again the same Die Hard style.  However this time there is Matt Farrell.  And Director Bowman is another character I like.  The actions are packed and thanks to the state-of-art stunt effects by computer these days, all the things are so real.  The full 2+ hours are full of humor, actions and tension.

If your another half is also a die hard fan, I encourage you to go watch it with him/her, you won't regret it!
